Hello, I’m Jay. I’m currently based in Birmingham, Alabama, and I’ve worked in the film industry for over 10 years in numerous roles in film production. Working in crew as a freelancer has allowed me to learn and work with some of the film industries top professionals. I strive to consistently create healthy and collaborative work environment/relationships on set no matter what I’ve been hired to do.
In 2017, I started a production company called Big Lefty Productions, which is an independent, full-service production company that shoots a variety of projects including: corporate commercials, short films, music-videos, and more. We will carefully navigate your project from pre-production, to shoot day, to delivering you a high quality edited video/film. I currently serve as a Producer, Director, & Editor for BLP.
